A little about us… Established in its initial form in 1982, SP Building Surveyors has undergone enormous change and growth over the past 35 years. From our beginnings as a “one man band” through to a National Building Consulting company, one thing that hasn’t changed over the years is our commitment to providing the best possible building surveying and building consulting service.
We enjoy the challenge of making a project work and achieving a result through our caring and solution orientated approach, all the while maintaining our professional integrity. With over 35 years experience in the industry, we have facilitated a wide range of projects, from the smallest domestic construction through to landmark National buildings.
We pride ourselves on being honest, trustworthy and friendly. Our solid team, consisting of Senior Building Surveyors through to Cadet Building Surveyors, Building Inspectors and our excellent administrative and support staff are spread across multiple locations in Victoria. We believe this gives us the best opportunity to provide a broad range of services regardless as to the project location or size.
