A little about us… Established in 1994, SP Building Surveyors has undergone enormous change and growth over the past 25 years. From our beginnings as a “one man band”, one thing that hasn’t changed over the years is our commitment to providing the best possible building surveying and building consulting service. We have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.

We enjoy the challenge of achieving a result through our caring approach, all the while maintaining our professional integrity. With over 25 years experience in the industry, we have facilitated a wide range of projects, from the smallest domestic construction through to landmark National buildings.

We pride ourselves on being honest, trustworthy and friendly. Our solid team, consisting of Senior Building Surveyors through to Cadet Building Surveyors, Building Inspectors and our excellent administrative and support staff are spread across two locations in Victoria. We believe this gives us the best opportunity to provide a broad range of services regardless as to the project location.
